Our Network

The CNDR recruits patients at specialty clinics across Canada. We have a large network of clinicians & investigators participating in the registry, leveraging registry data and leading research projects.

The CNDR also collaborates closely with the Neuromsucular Disease Network for Canada (NMD4C).
NMD4C is the pan-Canadian network that brings together the country’s leading clinical, scientific, technical, and patient expertise to improve care, research, and collaboration in neuromuscular disease.

NMD4C and CNDR collaborate closely, along with additional Canadian networking initiatives such as CAN-NMD, the Canadian Neuromuscular Disease Network; CPNG, the Canadian Pediatric Neuromuscular Group; and MDC, Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

Together, the network works to support creation of new neuromuscular disease registries, participating recruitment, and evidence collection (such as outcome measures and natural history).  We also work together through the NMD4C Clinical Trial Network (CTN) to support notification to patients of clinical trials coming to Canada.
